1. Services & Appointments
All services (tuning, repairs, diagnostics) are appointment-based and subject to availability.
Appointment times are estimates. While we strive for punctuality, delays may occur due to the nature of mechanical work.
Emergency services or walk-ins may be accepted at our discretion but may incur additional charges.
2. Pricing & Payments
All prices are quoted in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm orders or service appointments.
Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, and mobile payments (details provided upon request).
3. Parts & Repairs
Only genuine or high-performance aftermarket parts are used for repairs and upgrades.
Customers may request specific brands, but Japanbike.lk reserves the right to recommend the most compatible and reliable options.
Services performed on 20+ year old motorcycles are backed by a warranty where explicitly stated (e.g., spark plugs, engine tuning).
4. Return & Refund Policy
Our detailed Return & Replacement Policy can be found here (or in our Return Policy section). Key points include:
Returns are accepted within 7 days for unused, undamaged items.
Electrical parts and custom-tuned items are non-returnable.
Services are non-refundable but may be covered under warranty.
5. Customer Responsibilities
It is the customer’s responsibility to accurately describe symptoms/issues with their motorcycle at the time of booking.
Japanbike.lk is not liable for hidden or unrelated issues that arise during or after repairs unless covered under warranty.
Customers must collect their motorcycles within 7 days of service completion unless otherwise agreed. Unclaimed bikes may incur storage fees.
6. Media & Promotion
During servicing or racing events, photos and videos may be taken of motorcycles tuned by Japanbike.lk.
These may be used for marketing or promotional purposes unless you notify us in writing beforehand.
7. Privacy
Your personal information (contact details, payment info, etc.) is kept strictly confidential. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
8. Limitation of Liability
Japanbike.lk Pvt Ltd is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of services or products. All motorcycles are tuned and modified at the customer’s own risk, especially for racing purposes.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website and take immediate effect.
