Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:
The item received is damaged, defective, or not as described.
The wrong part was delivered due to our error.
The product is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition with all packaging intact.
Return Window
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item.
No returns will be accepted after 7 days from the date of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
Electrical components once installed (e.g., spark plugs, CDI units, sensors).
Custom-tuned or special-order parts.
Used or damaged items due to incorrect installation or misuse.
Services performed (engine tuning, repairs, diagnostics) are non-refundable, but are covered under our warranty where applicable.
Exchange & Replacement
If the item qualifies for a return, you may choose:
A replacement for the same item.
A credit note for future purchases.
A refund to your original payment method (only in specific eligible cases).
Return Process

Our team will assess your request and provide return approval and instructions.
You must safely package and ship the product back to:

Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong item/damaged part), we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to a customer error (e.g., wrong part ordered), the return shipping must be covered by the customer.
Note
We reserve the right to deny any return if the product does not meet the above conditions. All approved returns will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the item.
